3 nights, and 4 days in Puerto Penasco, Mexico with Temple Love Yoga and Friends!
Retreat will include dinner on Thursday night, and all meals through brunch on Sunday morning. Each day we will have breakfast, super-nourishing green smoothies for lunch/snacks and dinner. While we LOVE Rosa’s food, and she will be sharing her abundant cooking with us, we will also have lots of fresh greens and salads, and superfoods to supplement the delight of beans, fresh corn tortillas, calabacitas, and salsas! (We will serve a gluten free menu). Sleeping accommodations, daily yoga (yin and vinyasa), meditation, and psycho-spiritual inquiry are included. And of course, all of the crazy fun, games, and singing are included. A vast ocean out the back door for swimming, dolphin watching, walking along the beach is available. And all of the restoration you desire is waiting for you.
In the spirit of welcoming a new season we will take time for a summer ritual of celebrating the light within as the cycle brings the Earth around the sun once again. Caring for our physical and energetic bodies with the recognition that it is essential to our mental/heart health is a brilliant way to shift into a new season feeling alive. *On Saturday Solstice we will share in a special practice.
And there can’t be a TLY retreat without a dance party. . . we will be surprised at the timing of our soul shakedown! (Just might be at sunrise!)

*Must have a US Passport. As always, we can caravan, and carpool, and all will be responsible for pitching in for gas, trip insurance and a gratuity for Rosa (who makes the BEST guacamole!). Factor in about $40 for this.
There is also an option to receive a massage on this retreat for a super rate of $50. Treatments will be limited, so sign up early.
